This workshop features Karen Galbraith (Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape), Natalie Novotny-Goles (PA Commission on Crime and Delinquency), and Victoria Riechers (Sexual Violence Justice Institute at MNCASA) and examines what is meant by “meaningfully” and offer Administrators innovative ideas for meeting or exceeding this set-aside. Representatives from Pennsylvania will share examples of successfully implemented models in the state and provide guidance on how to increase collaboration to address sexual assault in your state or territory.
